1 : The difference between pressure and stress

This module contains five parts, one activity and one Case Study and will take approximately 45 minutes to complete fully.

Objectives of Module 1

Module 1 will help you to:

• understand that we all experience pressure - some pressure can make us feel better, too much pressure (and sometimes too little pressure) can lead to stress

• understand the difference between pressure and stress

• understand the fight or flight response

• understand the physiology of stress.
