The Learning Modules

There are nine learning modules, each one looks at a different aspect of the stress management process.

Each Learning Module contains:

  • text and diagrams explaining the principles involved,

  • an activity section where you can work through an Activity based around the principles discussed and gain a personal insight,

  • a case study where you follow the progress of Sophie Pickering as she works through PressurePlus and completes the Activities, and

  • key learning points which summarise each Learning Module.
