 Remember:

You may need some inspiration before you tackle the Activities, or you simply may not have the time to do the full Activity now. If so, read the Case Study.

Don't get stuck, read the Case Study!

If you have an Activity Workbook then you will find the text and diagrams of all Activities reproduced exactly in that Workbook. Use it to fill in your results.

Time required:
This activity will take about 5 minutes to complete

Objective:
To make a realistic assessment of where you stand on the pressure performance curve.

Here's what we would like you to do.....

Take a few minutes to think about your current position in relation to the pressure performance curve. How much pressure are you experiencing at the moment and how do you think this is affecting your performance at home and at work?

Case Study: How Sophie Pickering tackled Activity 1
