Liza Hutton started working for Resource Systems in 1993 where she quickly progressed from her role of 'office junior' to 'PA to the Managing Director'. Her skills and efficiency were duly recognised and earned her a national award in 1997 when she was short listed as Yellow Pages PA of the Year.

After several years of training and hands on experience, Liza developed her role further by project managing large scale pressure management surveys and becoming actively involved with data analysis and report writing. Prior to a period of maternity leave in 2006, she played a key role in running the business and acting as the main point of contact to new, and existing clients.
