The following list describes the scales measured by the Pressure Management Indicator.

Effects of Pressure Section

Job Satisfaction
A measure of how satisfied you are with the type of work you are involved in, in terms of tasks and functions

Organisational Satisfaction
A measure of how satisfied you are with the way your organisation is structured and the way it works

Organisational Security
How you feel about the stability of your organisation and security of your job

Organisational Commitment
How committed you are to your organisation and the extent to which you believe that work improves your quality of life

State of Mind
How anxious and/or depressed you are

Resilience
The extent to which you are able to 'bounce back' from setbacks and difficulties

Confidence Level
How much confidence you have in yourself and your abilities

Physical Symptoms
The degree to which you are experiencing the physical symptoms of stress, for example, physical tension or other uncomfortable sensations

Energy Levels
The degree to which you are experiencing the behavioural symptoms of stress, for example, the amount of energy and vitality you have before you feel tired and worn out
