how will the results be delivered?

The results of the PMI questionnaires are processed to provide 3 levels of reports: overall organisational report, workgroup reports, and individual reports.

Reports for the Organisation
Companies
receive a detailed PowerPoint presentation of the survey findings tailored to meet their needs, showing benchmark comparisons within their industry sector and a series of in-depth comparisons within their organisation.

Reports for Workgroups
In addition to an overall group report, we can prepare separate reports for key locations or workgroups so that the local management team gain a confidential comparative analysis of their part of the business.

Reports for Individuals
Every participant will
receive their own Personal Profile Report, which compares their results with the general population and explains their scores on the 24 separate scales of the PMI. The comparison looks at:

  • how satisfied they are with their job and working environment

  • their levels of physical and mental wellbeing

  • major sources of pressure

  • their style of behaviour

  • their feelings of personal control and influence

  • how they cope with pressure.

Our data systems are set up to maintain strict confidentiality. Before we start an audit we discuss the required levels of confidentiality with the company and we always explain the agreed position to employees - this is essential for maximum response and honest replies to the questionnaire.
