The major resource of any business is its workforce and a healthy workforce makes a healthy company.

The PMI is usually used as a 'stress audit' tool, for example, to look at one department or one location within an organisation and compare the results with other internal groups or with external groups selected from our extensive database.

The survey process
Before we start we prepare well. We discuss with our client company which areas they want to focus on and outline the methodology and logistics of gaining employee and local management support for the audit process. This way we get maximum response rates and maximum benefit. 

The Resource Systems Pressure Management Survey emphasises both individual and workgroup feedback. The whole process is designed to identify the major issues facing the organisation and produce workable solutions to those issues at the individual, workgroup and organisational level. To achieve this objective each participant will receive an individual detailed confidential Personal Profile; each workgroup, department or location with more than 12 respondents will receive a summary overview and there would be full detailed feedback for the organisation.
