Drive
Your desire to succeed and achieve results, seek career progression and/or take immediate action

Impatience
Your pace of life and how you feel when things don't happen quickly enough

Control
The extent to which you feel able to influence events in your life

Influence
The amount of discretion or freedom you have in your job

Problem Focus
The extent to which you use time management, forward planning and/or task oriented skills to deal with problems

Social Support
The help you get by discussing problems or situations with other people

Emotional Detachment
The extent to which you are able to stand back from and manage your emotional reaction to problems
