The WorkWell programme, designed by Resource Systems for Marks & Spencer plc, is a highly participative, flexible, and measurable stress management intervention programme.

The programme provides a "toolkit" of resources for work and home and is built around a series of modules covering topics such as:

• physical, mental, and social wellbeing

• understanding the stress response

• recognising stress

• cumulative pressure

• HSE guidelines and the law

• influence and control

• solutions instead of problems

• managing difficult people

• finding appropriate resources

The WorkWell programme is designed to be delivered by internal Occupational Health Advisors and is targeted at specific groups within the business.
